Took me longer than expected to write this… It has been almost a year since I last posted. In the past year, I’ve gain new haters and of course new allies as well. But since I am not planning to run as a politician, who cares anyway? We don’t live to please others neither can we please everyone, isn’t it? Anyway, here are some of the lessons that I’ve learnt in 2020:
1. Failures are constantly finding excuses to cover their incompetencies instead of finding a solution.
2. Not everyone who smile to you, is your friend
3. Ignore the noises, rumours and judgements. Their attention is on you because you mean something to them

It is humorous how even to date there are people who think I am living off my parents or relying on my dad to build my team for me when in fact, more than half my team is filled with my ex-classmate. In terms of sales, let’s just say… let the salty people remain salty since I can’t deny the fact that I’ve got a head start due to my family background although I do put in my own fair share of hard work to earn for it. Late nights in the office preparing for my meetings, networking, spending time to train my own team…
At the end of the day, some people are just constantly looking for excuses or something else to blame for their own incompetencies. 2020 is really a year where thanks to covid (no thanks for ruining all my holidays), true colours of humans are seen when everyone is battling for their own survival. I would like to apologize if I’m not being empathetic to those who do not help themselves and yet blame others. However, given a second chance…I probably still wouldn’t be empathetic towards them.
It is now the 2nd half of year 2021, although it is great to see the epidemic recovering gradually, but sadly some leopards really would never change its spots. Oh well, negative vibes aside, I look forward to developing the younger generations who are constantly striving to become winners in life too and of course let’s see how the second half of the year would unveil.
